Gift certificates are redeemable against the land/cruise price as payment. Gift Certificates may be used in conjunction with any promotion offered at time of booking and they are transferable up until time of application of payment to an existing booking.
Gift certificates will be customized with the name of the person or business that purchased it. The purchaser can then fill in the name of the recipient once they have received the gift certificate.

Redemption of Travel Gift Certificate:
At the time of booking of any Globus family of brands vacations, simply provide your agent or booking representative with the Travel Gift Certificate number printed on your certificate and your credit will be applied. Gift certificates can be applied on behalf of the holder to any Globus family of brands booking/vacation.
Terms and Conditions
Gift Certificates are valid for one-time use. Once the value of the Gift Certificate has been applied to a Globus family of brands vacation, the Gift Certificate is no longer valid. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for the pre-purchase of optional excursions or purchases while on vacation. Gift Certificate is governed by the regular payment and cancellation terms and conditions applicable to the vacation.
In the event of a vacation cancellation by the Operator, the value of the Gift Certificate may be applied to a future booking. No cash refunds will be provided. If the balance of the Gift Certificate is less than the value of the vacation package, the difference may be paid by cheque, money order or acceptable credit card. If the Gift Certificate value is greater than the remaining balance of the vacation price, a new Gift Certificate for the remaining balance will be issued.
The Globus family of brands is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Gift Certificate purchases are non refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque or credit except where required by law. The Globus family of brands is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the Purchaser is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Delivery to a nonexistent address is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Gift Certificates will not be accepted if the Gift Certificate identification number is invalid or cannot be found within the Globus family of brands system. The value of the Globus family of brands Gift Certificate is in Canadian dollars. The Globus family of brands reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
