 Tour Director

With GLOBUS, there’s no better way to get to know your destination than through the eyes of a Tour Director. We’d like you to meet one of our Tour Directors, who average over a decade of experience and are representative of the type of expert that will be with you on your vacation.

ANNA-LENA SODERLUND TORNELL

Escorting tours for more than 20 years

I love to bring visitors to areas where I have lived and worked, i.e. Scandinavia, Russia and Central Europe, to give a piece of my culture to the guests, to make the clients feel at home by introducing them to all aspects of life in the area. To open our eyes and understand customs, habits and history, "what makes me tick the way I tick, and you tick differently" is my focus. How to make the best Swedish meatballs, how to sing children's songs or sharing a proverb we use a lot. When we come back home after a tour, we have a different set of 'glasses'. The knowledge of the world has changed us a bit and we are all part of it, plus we had a really great time together!
